The market seems happy with Mubarak’s apparent conciliation/face-saving offer to hang around then hand over.
However as one might expect El Baradei refers to the ‘stepping-down’ offer as a trick.
El Baradei has confirmed of course that he is willing to stand for President but ‘it is not his main focus’….
