Here's what we've got to look forwards to during Asia today on the data calendar:
2300GMT - Federal Reserve's Kashkari is holding a 'town hall' meeting - its on TBTF so we'll await if we get any economy/mon pol related commentary from him. he often can't resists, so I expect we'll get something.
2330GMT - Australian consumer sentiment for the week (ANZ / Roy Morgan), prior 113.9. Fi you like yo-yos you'll love this data
0130GMT - RBA meeting minutes from the April meeting (the one where they freaked out about low CPI and cut rates). These should be interesting and instructive for the path ahead.
0300MGT - New Zealand - Q2 2 yearinflation expectations - prior 1.63%. Again, should also have implication for the path ahead for mon pol in NZ.
Later (0430GMT), Final Industrial Production data from Japan for March (the preliminary is here)
