ECB could buy only €3.5bn in Greek bonds under QE program

So says the deputy head of the Greek central bank

• But it would have an important signalling effect
• Athens should focus on getting another can kick the grace period on bailout loans extended and variable interest rates converted to low fixed rates

I'm sure the ECB can't wait to add Greek debt to their portfolio ;-)
