Earthquake shakes buildings in Tokyo (update: it's a small one)

Doesn't look to be too ominous

Early reports say the shaking intensity was a 4 out of 7. The epicenter appears to be near Ibaraki.

Update: the magnitude is 4.7 and there is no tsunami warning. That's a very minor quake by Japanese standards.
