Sounds like the EU FinMins are in no mood to cut the new Spanish government much slack. Hard to see much growth in Spain ahead if more austerity is forced into the fiscal pipeline.
That could trickle down to neighboring Portugal, who’s largest export partner is Spain. That’s how a vicious circle works…
