• Economic recovery has been weak and credit growth subdued

He's basically just going over the Jan ECB statement

• ECB has already seen some positive effects of our measures
• We have not yet reached the stage of genuine monetary union
• Economies need to become more resilient
• Counties need decisive economic structural reforms
