Dow turns negative. S&P and NASDAQ give up most of their gains

Major indices in the US give up most of gains

The Dow industrial average has now moved negative on the day currently is down around 18 points or -0.8% at 23837.

The S&P index and NASDAQ index has also given up a large amount of their gains and volatile trading.
