Weak PMI's have dragged the EURUSD lower and no progress in Brexit talks have pushed GBPUSD down through a key weekly trend line. This has given the USD strength.
The Dollar Index is now approaching yesterday's highs. A break here and we can see price action accelerate into the close of the London morning session.
