The conventional wisdom on gaps is once they close a bit, they close all the way.
USD/CAD and NZD/USD are putting that wisdom on trial.
Earlier, the euro slipped into the gap then recovered but after kissing a new high of the day, EUR/USD has steadily peeled off.
