It seems women can switch off easier than men, though it’s not easy given the tech now at our disposal.
Having been away with my young kids twice, the shocking reality dawned that I’m never going to have a relaxing holiday for the next 10+ years. Within 10 seconds of the sun cream going on I was either up to my neck in sand or a human lilo in the sea.
