Well that is the question that Canadian’s appear to be asking the BOC which has denied the allegations. Given that i am located down here in Australia and do not have access to the new bank notes, maybe someone in Canada can weigh in on this discussion. Interestingly enough, some of the correspondence to the BOC complained the smell was not strong enough.
