It sure doesn't look like he's going to concede having to allow the budget deficit target lowered to around 2.0%. This continues to remain the key sticking point as Salvini and Di Maio are still adamant that they don't want to reduce/give up key reforms in the budget while Conte and Tria are trying to reach a resolution with the European Commission.
