- "If you take two trading centers, there is a halfway point where you can get info as early as possible" ... "You'd want to be there, running your algorithms and taking your data and want trades to be initiated at that point"
- Some midpoints would be placed over the ocean and as a result, this could lead to ships to be stationed there
