Cooper-Boles amendment voted down
The amendment was aiming to block a hard Brexit. The vote at 321-298 was along party lines from the looks of it.
Cable is down to the lows of the day at 1.3102.
Next up is Reeves, which aimed for a two-year extension of Article 50 if there was not a deal by Feb 26. It should be defeated because it's very similar to Cooper.
