Lowers odds of Greece being forced out of the euro to 60% from 90%.
I put the odds at zero percent. This is political, not economic. If one is forced out, the market will assume that any can be forced out and the euro would implode. Europe will not let that happen. Too much political capital has been expended to turn back now.
