You can definitely tell by his comments that Chinese authorities are notably worried about how markets are perceiving the country's economic outlook this year after the sluggish start in January and February. As mentioned before, such remarks aren't particularly new but it highlights the fact that lawmakers are keeping a keen eye on economic developments and they will do what is necessary to keep it healthy this year.
