- willing to continue working with all sides

- has invited Moon to Beijing
Moon:
- N Korea must cease further provocation to resolve Thaad issue
- asks Xi to cooperate on resolving S Korean companies difficulties in China
- sanctions against N Korea aimed at bringing Pyongyang to the negotiating table
