Hubei confirmed another 317 cases of coronavirus. By my count that brings the tally to 4903.
Generally the updates are daily at 8 am in Beijing but Hubei tends to add an extra update here and there.
I struggle to believe that you can get an accurate reading in Wuhan, if only because you would have to be nuts to go to the hospital if you were feeling sick.
