  • Says China-US groups have been in touch for trade talks
  • Says that talks have resumed after Trump-Xi phone call
  • China sincerely will open up its markets
  • Hopes to resolve trade dispute via negotiation and dialogue

That's some added positive news for risk on the day. But then again, we've been here plenty of times in the past. There's still nothing to suggest why this time around things will be any different.
