China President Xi Jinping to speak soon on policy for Shenzhen (& maybe HK)

Heads up for his speech to come, I don;lt have a specific time.

China recently announced it will direct preferential polices to Shenzen. HK may or may not benefit also (Shenzen and Hong Kong are geographically close, about 30km apart)

• As a special economic zone, Shenzhen will be given more autonomy, allowing city administrators to change farm land to commercial titles. Such a move is aimed at expanding the land bank for development, housing needs and to fund the city government.
