China premier Li Keqiang speaks in Bulgaria

  • China will never start a trade war
  • There will no winner emerging from a trade war
  • China will be committed to further opening up its market to foreign countries
  • If any party resorts to increase tariffs, China would take measures in response
  • This is to protect China's interests and safeguard multilateral trade regime

Li is visiting Sofia, Buglaria and is delivering a speech currently. Not sure if he'll be asked about the tariffs implementation but I'll keep this updated should there be any fresh news.
