A spokesman from China's National Bureau of Statistics follwing this data earlier:

China November Industrial Production 7.0% y/y (vs. expected 7.0%)

Comments:

Q4 economic growth to quicken from Q3
expects that full-year growth in China to be relatively sound
expects consumption in China to continue to recover
expects the manufacturing sector recovery to continue
