China is said to move on US car tariffs cut that Trump tweeted on earlier

A positive headline for risk on the day

In case you missed it, Trump tweeted right after his meeting with Xi in Buenos Aires that China has agreed to 'reduce and remove tariffs on American cars' here. The report by Bloomberg here says that a proposal to reduce tariffs on cars made in the US to 15% from the current 40% has been submitted to China's Cabinet to be reviewed in the coming days.

US equity futures are spiking to their highest levels on the day now with E-minis up by more than 0.8% currently.
