The Congressional budget office forecasts the US budget deficit to come in at $1.3 trl in FY 2010 versus an earier forecast of$1.38 trln. The also lower forecast over the next ten years, but pay the forecasts absolutely no mind…You’d have better odds of a 10-year weather forecast.
