Case Schiller rises by 0.87%MoM and 4.46% YoY

The YoY is higher than last month and expectations

The Case Schiller 20 city index increased by 0.87% for the month. This was higher than the 0.6% expectations. Year on year, the composite index is up by 4.46% higher than the prior month (4.29%) and the estimate of 4.3%.

Miami led the move with a 0.71% increase for the month. Chicago saw prices fall by -0.91% on the month.
