Canada to take the first step towards ratification
The Canadian government will formally present a draft to ratify tomorrow, according to a Reuters report. The move comes after the US lifted steel and aluminum tariffs earlier this month.
It should be no problem to pass it in Canada but getting it through US Congress is going to be tough now that Democrats control the House. Bills like this are always contingent on partners passing the same text and it won't go into effect until they do.
