Canada's Freeland: Confident free-trade deal with EU will be ratified

Canada's Chrystia Freeland, a chief negotiator for NAFTA, has shifted her focus to EU (at least for the time being). She says:

• confident free-trade deal with European Union will be fully ratified in the end

The USDCAD is trading above the 100 hour MA at 1.29882 on the higher USD (and perhaps trade concerns).
