- Toronto region were unchanged on the month and down -1.2% year on year
- Vancouver fell -0.2% , up 1% year on year
- Calgary -0.4%, and down -0.8% year on year
- Montréal +0.4%, up 3.1% year on year
- Ottawa +0.6%, up 4.9% year on year
- The lowest year on year increase since 2010
The index cover single-family, semi detached in row houses. It doesn't include condominiums, which account for about two thirds of new urban residential construction.
