Defence secretary Philip Hammond and education secretary Michael Gove are the latest to join the ranks of the “No” voters.
Gove said over the week end that a UK exit would be
perfectly tolerable and even bring some benefits,
Hammond remarked that he was on Mr Gove’s side of the argument.
