Brexit sticking point is on policing and enforcement

This has been a problem for awhile

The EU felt the UK broke trust with the internal market bill because it broke international law. They're now loathe to sign off on any agreement that doesn't include strong mechanisms to police and enforce the deal.

Ultimately, I just can't see it falling apart on this. There are so many different global trade deals and they can surely find some middle ground.
