Fleshing out a few more details of the extension agreement.
- To October 31 … but the UK can leave prior whenever an Withdrawal Agreement is ratified.
- With a 'review' in June. At the 20-21 EU summit
Part of the deal is the UK agrees to take part in the EU elections in June. If not, Te UK will leave on June 1 with or without a deal.
-
Note - the UK parliament voted to require PM May to seek an extension (which indeed she has achieved). The EU elections were a known fact. However, you can now expect bitchin' from the whiners in the UK about taking part. Boo hoo.
