Boris Johnson rules out extending Article 50 in any circumstances
- UK must negotiate new Brexit withdrawal agreement
- UK should come out of the EU with a 'standstill' deal
- Leaving on WTO terms is "Plan C" but need to be prepared for it
I believe this is his most resolute statement of position on the matter that there will be no do-overs and certainly no extending. It's either a deal or a no-deal by Halloween Day and by making this clear, it's going to be really tough for him to back down from this stance now.
