Bloomberg now conveying the story:
- Trump's former personal attorney … Cohen is ready to testify that he was present when the president was informed of an offer of material detrimental to Clinton ahead of the meeting, CNN said Thursday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
- The meeting between members of the president's inner circle and a Russian lawyer with links to the Kremlin has been a central focus of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
So that's Trump's former attorney, but his current attorney:
- "I expected something like this from Cohen," Giuliani said Thursday on CNN. "I mean, he's been lying all week. He's been lying for years."

Please note, dealing rooms around the globe have Bloomberg terminals on desks so whether or not you like the news and whether or not you would like it to exist, it is news and its out there folks. News tends to hit the terminal first and Bloomberg shares it on the web later. So far there has been little market impact but please keep an eye out for how this all plays out ladies and gentlemen. The elections in the US are in November and the potential for political volatility to drive forex volatility is high (like you need me to tell you this!)
