Trump may lose Section 232.
Republican Senate foreign relations chair Corker said that Republican and Democratic Senators will introduce a bill to force Trump to obtain congressional approval for imposing tariffs on national security grounds.
Those grounds have been used for the metals tariffs and the White House has threatened them on autos as well.
Congress could take that power away but they will likely need a two-thirds majority to get it past a White House veto. It could get very interesting.
