Standard & Poor's says risk of government shutdown slim
S&P chief US economist Bovino is out with a report on a US government shutdown. It's titled "With a shutdown, there will be blood"
Some highlights:
- If the shutdown begins early in Q4, it would subtract 0.2 pp from growth
- If shutdown were to start later in the quarter, it would subtract more
