The media report tries to put on a brave face by adding this:
- it remains 15.1% (or 22,700 job advertisements) higher than the level recorded in May 2014.

- Job advertisements fell in six of the eight occupational groups, with the strongest falls recorded for Machinery Operators and Drivers (down by 17.0%), Labourers (14.7%) and Sales Workers (11.9%).
- Increases were recorded for Community and Personal Service Workers (up by 4.7%) and Professionals (1.5%).
