What's moving markets today
It's the EURCHF exchange rate that's getting a lot of attention into the North American open on Tuesday. The rate has declined to its lowest level since April 2017 on the back of the news that the US Treasury Department will add Switzerland to the countries whose currency practices it finds worrisome.
