What's moving markets as the week gets underway
Monday's economic calendar was exceptionally thin and overall, price action was reflective of this fact, with very little in the way of movement. The only currency making headlines on Monday was the pound, which defied the otherwise lackluster trade, sinking 1% against the buck and extending its +2 year low.
