What's moving markets Tuesday
There was a bit of a better feel to things on Tuesday, at least into the North American session, with US equity futures pointing up. Still, at this point, the bounce isn't anything to write home about, with the recovery confined to a consolidation range in the aftermath of last week's selloff.
