The Australian dollar is lower against the loonie for the fourth consecutive session.
The pair broke below the 100-day moving average yesterday and is nearing the critical 61.8% retracement of the May-Aug rally, which comes in at 1.0201. A break lower points to a test of parity and the May low of 0.9956.
Momentum indicators are stretched but not extremely but this pair tends toward measured moves so a bounce is more likely than a breakdown today.
USD/CAD is now finding support at the levels I mentioned earlier.
