The probability of a 25bp cut at the RBA’s august meeting (August 6) is now at 59% in the OIS market. Its been hovering around 50% this week, so has increased today.
AUD/USD is now on its lows. We are not far from stops below 0.9185 and 0.9180 but still have buyers to get filled around current levels.
