Some quick US dollar strength
Market moves have been small today but the theme has been to buy the US dollar. Last week, the US dollar was the top performer and the lack of Trump sabre rattling on currencies on the weekend made USD bulls feel a bit more comfortable.
The magnitude of the latest move was limited to about 15 pips but it hit some stops in what has been a sluggish start to the trading week. AUD, NZD and gold are now all trading at session lows.
