Did the algos get up early to watch the wedding and sleep through the gold rally?
Seems like it as it took a good ten minutes or so for the dollar to fall back after gold forged a new record high around $1545 in spot.
EUR/USD is up at 1.4855, cable at 1.6665, AUD at 1.0952.
