Another oil pop flops

Oil quickly sold after talk of Russia extending oil cuts

Oil jumped 25-cents on headlines suggesting Russia was open to extending oil cuts. But less than 30 minutes later, those gains have been erased and more. Crude is trading at a session low, down 19-cents to $48.03.

It's the second day in a row and OPEC-headline-driven pop in crude has been sold quickly and aggressively.
