Some of you might be wondering who I am and why in god’s name they passed me the FXL microphone.
Well, I’m Steven Demmler. I run a small long/short global equities hedge fund based in West Palm Beach. Before that I was an equity trader. Somewhere in the midst of 25 hour workdays (not a typo, I discovered an extra hour) I started trading my own forex account. I still do – my screen is always up next to whatever my work requires me to look at.
Like Adam mentioned, I did work at Saturday Night Live. I still occasionally fill in on a Saturday, just for fun.
A short while back, Adam, Ryan, and the gang afforded me the opportunity to run one of the “Guest Trader” weeks here.
