Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer is to step down as leader of the CDU party
The headline from Bloomberg, Reuters is citing a party spokesperson and also says that she will organise a procedure for electing a candidate to be chancellor in the summer. It is being reported that Merkel wants AKK to remain on as a minister though.
