As much pessimism there is, you can sort of turn some of these factors on its head as well.
- There has never been this much government stimulus support to aid the economy
- Global central banks have unleashed an unprecedented amount of measures to prevent a financial crisis and to ensure adequate liquidity
- Governments may find it tougher to re-introduce lockdown measures again as the economic damage may be too painful for some
Just some food for thought but much like it has been throughout the whole coronavirus crisis, we'll have to take things day-by-day and week-by-week.
