Anxious in Brussels
These 27 ambassadors were waiting to see the Brexit text in a co-ordinated attempt to read the text when Britain agreed it with the Cabinet and May.
Unlike the UK where there has been considerable voice on the Brexit text the EU leaders have been silent. They are still waiting to see it. They may have to wait longer and these delays cloud the issue of whether Cabinet is actually going to agree it. It looks doubtful and a hard Brexit is looming ever closer.
