Apparently the poor person involved was opening an envelope.
This is not the first report like this as Germany reported that an explosive device was posted to Schaeuble this week, possibly from Greece.
Without diving into mindless speculation, Schaeuble, the IMF, Greece, Tsipras possible speech. Too much of a coincidence?
