The EURUSD fell below the swing area between 1.1568 and 1.1578, but failed.
The price has bounced back higher extending back above the low price from yesterday at 1.15915 and back toward another swing area between 1.1614 and 1.16309 (see red numbered circles). The high price today extended up to 1.16276 earlier today. The high price of the low just reached 1.1622.
Pres. Trump quizzed GOP leaders in the White House late yesterday according to CBS News as to whether he should fire Fed chair Powell or not. The GOP leaders – as they do – nodded their head in agreement. That has helped to weakened the greenback and is contributing to the bounce higher in the EURUSD. The USDJPY is moving lower, the GBPUSD is moving higher as well (the USD is moving lower).
